I was pleasantly surprised today when I co-presented at an ICT education conference with a colleague. As a co-presenter I quickly became redundant when the skill level of the audience was very proficient, one participant was taking notes for staff back at school using wikispaces . I was also impressed when participants were working ahead in the hands on sections and signing up to various Web 2.0 communities.

Day 4 the final session on blogging and podcasting for this round of PD’s.
May has been a very busy month for the YVeLC, we have been delivering a vast selection of PD sessions around the Yarra Valley. There are a couple more to go this week so if you have missed any there is still time!
My Pd sessions went well and have been really productive with teachers sharing their ideas on how we can incorporate blog’s and podcast’s into our classrooms and beyond. Thanks to everybody who has come to my sessions, I look forward to working with you again.
I hope you also will take away some really useful skills that you can apply to your professional and personal life and if not… enjoy the light refreshments and good company!

I thought I would continue to share this interesting and motivating presentation that was sent around the YVeLC list. It was created by Darren Draper and I think is worth a look?
